just feeling so extremely gross, I can’t wear skirts anymore. my legs are too fat, like legit I can’t stand them. eating healthy gets so hard when I get sad cause all I want is sweets and chips. time for a workout I guess. having a cold is really getting me down :( can’t run cause I’m so stuffed up! been doing yoga and drinking lots of tea, as well as a yummy hot lemonade!
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
